Monday afternoon programme: exhibition open to the public and side events

On Monday, March 24 from 13:30-17:00 the ERF exhibition is open to the public. A registration (free of charge) is needed for capacity planning. In parallel to the exhibition and euRobotics General Assembly, several side events are offered:

  1. Exhibition open to the public (March 24 13:30-17:00)

The afternoon before the official start of ERF2025, the robot exhibition is open to the public in the afternoon. More than 75 sponsors and exhibitors are showing on their booths latest robots like industrial robots, service robots and humanoids. You can inform about latest available robots and robot technologies.

  1. ROS Meetup (March 24 14:00-16:00)

We are excited to announce the ROS Meetup at ERF 2025 on March 24, 14:00-16:00. This session is a great opportunity to connect with industry experts, researchers, and developers working on open-source robotics solutions for manufacturing and automation. The meetup is organized by the ROS-industrial consortium Europe.

  1. Investor Tip Session (March 24 15:30-17:00)

Join the investor tip session to learn about building impactful robotics and AI startups. Discover key strategic decisions, profitability of past and future investments, and optimization of infrastructure.   1. B2B Matchmaking (March 24 14:00-15:25 and March 25 16:00-17:20)

On March 24 and 25, the Enterprise Europe Network enables ERF participants to generate meaningful business opportunities by attending their B2B matchmaking event. The aim of the B2B matchmaking is to encourage 1:1 meetings with other participants. To enter the ERF on Monday a free ERF ticket is needed. To join the matchmaking on Tuesday, a paid ERF ticket is mandatory.

  1. Public engagement (only in German) (March 24 14:00-17:00)

The Public Engagement Programme offers a unique opportunity to explore, understand, and shape the future of robotics in everyday life and at the workplace. Themed “Living and Working with Robots: Experience. Understand. Shape.”, this interactive event invites all participants to engage with experts, explore cutting-edge technologies, and discuss the role of robotics in society (no knowledge about robotics necessary).
