The self-registration totems and new registration desk, located on level 2, will be at disposal of participants during the following hours:

24 March →  13h30 – 18h00

25 March →  08h00 – 18h00

26 March →  08h00 – 18h00

27 March →  08h00 – 15h00

Here’s everything you need to know to make your on-site experience as smooth and efficient as possible:

1) Few days before the event you will receive a Confirmation Letter with your personal barcode;

2) Print or save on your device the letter and scan the barcode at the totems;

3) Collect your badge and coupons, if any

Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge during all event activities to be admitted to the scientific sessions and all the areas of the Forum.

A cloakroom, located on level 2, will be at participants’ disposal, free of charge, with the following opening hours:

24 March →  13h00 – 18h00 (opening at 12h30 for GA participants only)

25 March →  08h00 – 20h30

26 March →  08h00 – 19h00

27 March →  08h00 – 16h00

Parking spaces are available in the Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Liederhalle underground garages *:

In the car parks Liederhalle/Bosch-Areal and Holzgartenstraße there is an event tariff of max. 8,00 € from 6 pm.

There are 12 e-charging stations for your electric car in the Liederhalle/Bosch-Areal multi-storey car park.

A Networking Area is available in the Exhibition Area, level 1, with desks, chairs, and plugs, from March 24 to 27.

Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the participants’ registration fee. They are held in the Exhibition Area, Level 1 and 2, at the catering points, from March 25 to 27.

A coffee station is organised on 24 March at 17.00, in the exhibition area (level 1), for participants attending the Public Engagement and side events (industrial tip session and ROS industrial session).

The official language of the Forum is English. Simultaneous translation is not provided.

The poster area is located in Hegel Hall Balcony on Level 4. 

On 25 March Late Breaking Results posters are discussed during coffee and lunch breaks.

On 26 March Scientific Track posters are discussed during coffee and lunch breaks.

All meeting areas are covered by 2 dedicated, free Wi-Fi connections, during the duration of the Forum.

Certificate of attendance will be sent by email to all ERF 2025 participants from March 28. Go to the registration desks to check your email address.

Participants in need of medical assistance should contact the Registration Desks located at level 2 of the congress venue.

Smoking in the Meeting area is not allowed.

Delegates are kindly requested to set their mobile phones on silent mode in the Rooms where scientific sessions are being held.
