Have a project idea for EU funding? Get early feedback from experienced National Contact Points @ERF2025!

Where: booth of IDEAL-IST and NCP4Industry, 1st floor of Liederhalle, stand #58
IDEAL-IST and NCP4Industry National Contact Points (NCPs) will be available throughout the ERF2025 to review your project ideas – for free! Discuss discretely with NCPs whether your idea could fit into the call topics for Horizon Europe Cluster 4. Or get help to find another funding scheme!
How do I registeR?
- Register for ERF 2025.
- Go to the DFN booking tool: Project Idea Check for Horizon Europe Cluster 4 | DFN-Terminplaner
- Pick one of the available 30-minutes slots and make sure it doesn’t clash with any workshops you want to attend.
- Enter your name and a valid e-mail address that we can use to contact you.
- Check your e-mails! You should have received a confirmation from DFN that your slot is booked.
- We will be contacting you with further details using the e-mail address that you provided during booking. We will e.g. ask you to provide some rough information on your idea in advance so that we can determine which member of our team should be doing the project idea check with you.
PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot make your appointment after all, please cancel your booking so that someone else can use this slot. You can use the link in the booking confirmation to view and cancel your booking.

No problem! Come to our booth (#58) at Liederhalle during ERF2025 and we will see if we can fit you in spontaneously!
If that is not possible, we can help you get in touch with the NCPs in your country to schedule a project idea check directly with them.
